Responsible for end to end member experience of digital channels

Engage UI design resources to create User Experience deliverables (e.g. wireframes, mockups, HTML 

Review Voice of Customer and analytics data and make recommendations for improvement

Identify opportunities for user research and engage appropriate resources

Ability to communicate designs and improvement recommendations to multiple audiences including IT, business partners and executive leadership

Provide high-level design direction for proposed, consumer-facing projects

Review in-process designs and provide relevant feedback

Remove barriers to design or project process by working with project stakeholders and other project team members 

Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes 

Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities 

Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools 

Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools

Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

5 years of experience in designing and/or evaluating the user experience for digital channels

2 years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines

Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:


4 years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.

Previous Healthcare Industry experiencePrevious Team Lead or Project Lead experience

Previous experience in project management and/or gathering or writing business requirements

Experience using design tools such as Axure or Adobe Suite
