About this job

We are looking for a Business Analyst to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join the technical product management team who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, architects, and usability experts. The Business Analyst will provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement.
 
Primary Responsibilities:


Work with internal scrum teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Write easy-to-understand product admin guides and online help

Manage our inventory of documentation to ensure updates are performed during pertinent release cycles

Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Update SharePoint and external community sites with documentation and documentation links

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


3+ years of working experience in technical writing of software documentation

3+ years of business analysis experience

Detail oriented and self-starter

Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with teams utilizing Agile methodology

Basic familiarity with SDLC and software development

Healthcare industry experience (Example: Provider, Payer, or Clearinghouse) 
Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with clinical editing software

Experience using SVN, Microsoft Visio and Madcap Flare
