On Call - Seeking energetic, qualified, dedicated, and caring individuals to join the Care Suites Team in our Residential Care Facility. The Resident Care Assistant performs the duties of a caregiver as assigned by the Administrator and is accountable for all patient care given during shifts as well as being responsible to adhere to all nursing care standards. CNA experience is helpful, but not required. You must be genuinely interested in caring for older adults and have an understanding of their needs. Preferred applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and maintain current knowledge of computer systems. The Manor offers great benefits including the use of the campus pool and fitness facility, discounted meals, 401(k) with match and a pension plan along with holiday, sick leave and vacation pay.
