develop and support Marketing Business / Database Analyst systems and
information. Employees in information management roles develop and
enhance technology tools that support Marketing / Product team operations
and provide reporting capabilities to measure or track performance
levels. May develop system enhancements to accommodate new products,
alliances and acquisition products.

Primary Responsibilities:Gather,
analyze and define business requirements to drive data analysis/
interpretation/application through collaboration with business and technical
stakeholders.Identify
relevant data required for marketing campaign segmentation and selection.Identify
additional data requirements and obtain as needed from appropriate sources.Ensure
compliance with applicable data security policies/procedures and laws and
regulations (e.g., data transfer).Develop and or provide education/training to business partners in order to facilitate effective solution implementation. Solve
complex problems and develops innovative solutions.   Perform
operational support tasks such as Member Impact investigation and Rate
validation processes.Analyzes and investigates.Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Requirements

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing Technology or related field or High School Diploma/ GED with 3+ year experience required from a Marketing Field Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and data relationships. Ability to travel on occasion Preferred Requirements:SQL experience a plusExperience with the agile methodology a plusSoft Skills:
