POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides direct, quality nursing care to meet patients' comfort, personal hygiene, and safety needs. Performs related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
2. Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Virginia (CNA) OR currently enrolled in RN nursing program with the completion of at least 1 clinical rotation. or two years of current work related experience preferred.
3. BCLS certification required.
4. Previous experience using a computer preferred.
5. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs and perform all functions involved in CPR.
