Performing work related to basic reception of guests to the office, performs general office tasks (including but not limited to answering telephones, typing, filing, etc.),

Experience as an Administrative Assistant • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail required • Must have experience in a fast paced environment • Computer skills will be tested • High level of customer service is required
