Our Project Managers are our primary link with our customers and are critical to our success in the marketplace. The project Management Scope of employment shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Total operational management responsibility of projects to which the company has entered into a contract to perform and assigned to the Employee.
  • The PM is the overall point person for all projects assigned thereto.
  • Review, negotiate and approve project contracts.
  • Negotiate, value engineer, and procure specified materials as required for the project.
  • All project communications with the customer project team as required
  • Establish and keep accurate files and records for all projects within the standard office filing practices as well as through the current PM software system.
  • All submittals associated with the projects.
  • Critical path scheduling of resources, manpower and materials for the projects.
  • Communicate with the Sr. PM and/or Executive Management and work across the organization for project support as required.
  • Communicate with the Sr. PM and/or Executive Management to facilitate conflict resolution as required.
  • Full P/L and project cash flow responsibility for the projects inclusive of billings and change orders as required.
  • Customer operational relationship and expectation management.
  • Field site visits and meeting attendance as required both locally and nationally.
  • Contribute to company's operational guidelines and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS :

Valid Candidates will have the following:

- Must have 3+ years of experience as a project manager for a general contracting company or specialty contracting company.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management.

- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining customer service standards and expectations.
