Maintenance Mechanic $17-25 D.O.E
Job Description:
- Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations.
- Insure that preventative maintenance, repair, and operational measures are taking place.
- Perform daily support of production and/or processing equipment.
- Follow equipment and facility procedures; Quality, Safety, Productivity, Facility layout, Semi-automated and automated equipment, Lyophilization, Pest control, and Vendor Management.
- Accountably complete documents, log, physical records and electronic records.
- Work with the fallowing machines:
- Shionogi Encapsulation Machine
- Bosch 2000
- Bosch 1500 Oil Matrix
- Tablet Press
- Strong technical skills.
- Experience in the production/processing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency working with power fillers, labeling equipment, cappers, tableting and capping machinery.
- Ability to follow and demonstrate GMP.
- Follow management directions.
- Basic understanding of FDA regulations.
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds.
- Technical certification (plus)
