Duties and Responsibilities: 
• General Housekeeping
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.    
• Maintain necessary records. 
• Move materials as necessary in performance of duties.
• Ability to work on fork lift, electric pallet jack, scales, strapping machine, stretch wrapper, drum mover, drum tipper, blenders, guillotine, granulators, skids, etc.
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Follow established company rules and regulations, safety precautions and maintain quality standards.
• To be able to record information on to logs and work orders with high level of accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as required or as directed by your supervisor.
 
Technical Requirements:
 
• Basic math skills – able to calculate gross, tare, and net weights
• Computer skills – must be able to use email system (Outlook), Internet training (Active Learner), and other computer programs as necessary.
• Experience in plastics industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment. 
 
Educational Requirements:
 
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
