JOB DESCRIPTION:
10-week summer internship designed to measure a candidates proficiency with software and hardware application/firmware development. Applications include, but not limited to, IoT, Bio/engineering, etc. Will be an extended part of the core innovation team currently responsible for creative integrated product and infrastructure based solutions. The work provided as part of this opportunity is expected to advance the learning and awareness of how robotics can be integrated into the cloud. There will be a 10-week plan which will be developed, execution of that plan, weekly updates, review and end-of-program presentation to a large interdisciplinary audience.
Program details will be shared with the selected candidate.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-Have Qualifications
* Python programming experience
* Arduino, Raspberry Pi or similar project experience
* Pursing a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related degree program such as CIS or Computer Science
* Currently enrolled at a 4 year accredited College or University
* 3.0 or above cumulative GPA
Preferred Qualifications/experience
* Electrical engineering experience
* C/C++ Programming experience
* JAVA
* KSH
* Wireless transmission protocols and/or concepts
* Security threat assessment
