Our fast-paced Home Health Agency has a part time opening for a professional On-Call Staffing Coordinator. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a great attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task, with the confidence to work on your own. The right person must have a positive attitude and be able to handle high stress situations on a daily basis as well as the ability to complete the following tasks :
  • Answering & Handling phone calls Nights and Weekends
  • Detail Reporting of daily occurrences
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Scheduling Client Shifts & Staffing a pool of CAREGiver on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team approach
  • Ability to work from home with internet access

**Must have a Level 2 AHCA Background Screening

Answering phone calls during after hours Monday through Thursday 5:00pm through the next morning 8:00am and (weekends) Friday 5:00pm through Monday until 8am Bi-Weekly


Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school graduation or the equivalent
  • One year of related business experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be able to understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Hillsborough Senior Care, Inc. dba an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
  • Must be able to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues, franchise owners and their staff
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
