Community Service Representative - Full-time


Home Instead Senior Care of Pittsford, NY is seeking a Community Service Representative.  In this full-time role, the Community Service Representative is expected to perform a variety of duties in the marketing of companionship and home care services.  The position will include researching and pursing new referral sources and to enhance and maintain existing referral sources.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Research and identify sources for client referrals
• Make contact with new referrals including, intro calls, info calls, on on one meetings and group presentations
• Research, schedule and execute community marketing events including health fairs, senior expos and other events to promote our service to the general public

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily and monthly work
• Ability to present in a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have computer skills
• Knowledge of senior-care industry

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school graduation or the equivalent
• One year of related business experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license
