Specific Duties and Essential Functions
- Screen and interview applicants to determine their eligibility and suitability for employment
- Liaise with Site Managers to record openings and track status of the requests
- Liaise with Site Managers and trainer regarding training and placement of new recruits
- Ensure compliance with G4S policy and employment laws regarding pre-hire screening
- Research no/low cost recruiting methods
- Research, organize, and attend local job fairs
- Create and maintain outreach relationships
- Provide assistance to Human Resource team with Affirmative Action and EEO requirements
- Successfully navigate electronic application systems to process candidates for hire
- Create reports, memos, letters and/or spreadsheets in business software such as Microsoft Office or Google office products
- Multi-task and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
Requirements
Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to meet the requirements of a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
- Must possess a minimum of one year of verifiable recruiting experience in a high volume environment

- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must be able to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Must not use illegal drugs. Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
- Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
- Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
