Purpose:
To support the corporate annual business plan for division aftermarket operations. Implements customer satisfaction processes, training plan, and executes parts and service performance goals. Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives including the adoption of new technology applications and managing parts and service personnel and physical assets.

Responsibilities:
- Implements the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan for their division
- Implements and manages effective Parts and Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Implements and manages annual Parts and Service Department goals and budget in alignment with the divisions financial and operational objectives
- Implements and manages Parts and Service Department marketing plan and monitors to ensure achievement of established goals
- Manages the division Customer Satisfaction Program
- Implement and manage the Parts and Service Department employee compensation plans
- Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
- Maintain strategic training goals for parts & service department
- Co ordinates implementation of new technologies in parts & service department
- Oversees fleet maintenance of all division vehicles
- Oversees facility and employee DOT, OSHA, ect on complaince
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- 1+ years experience managing Service or Parts Department operations
- 3+ years experience working in Service and Parts Department operations
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
- Excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Parts and Service Department operations
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; bachelors degree preferred
