We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Lean Manufactering Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Must have 4 or more years experience.

  • The incumbent is responsible for the generation of maximum production within the laboratory, inter-departmentally and direct report employees through the development and implementation of effective tracking programs consistent with the Company’s objectives and policies. Optimal flow of cases and establishment and execution of quality standards for products is imperative. The incumbent is responsible for developing detailed reporting of performance for each department, execution of tracking mechanism to track and measure improvement in both production and quality. Interact with departments; make recommendations for change and improvement, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of quality standards within each department. The incumbent must monitor and review department performance by analyzing/summarizing results as it relates to productivity and quality. As primary communicator with quality and case flow, the Vice President is responsible for the execution of Company policies and procedures. He/she must maintain standard operating procedures set by management within the laboratory environment. The incumbent is also responsible for keeping the Company management fully informed of production activities, key issues, defect results, etc. related to assigned responsibility. The incumbent is responsible for the development of the Lean Manufacturing Model and all work instructions within each department.
