Trainee Manager- Braintree, MA

You will support the management team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. This includes driving, analysing and monitoring sales trends and stock levels. You will also keep an eye on the local market to maintain a competitive advantage in price, product, and shopping experience. 

You will also hire, train, and coach Retail Assistants. We are extremely committed to our employees and you will embody this by motivating your team to grow and achieve their career goals. Your career goal will be to learn what a Primark Manager does, including the commercial side (meaning that you’ll know what is trending and then later order your merchandise daily to drive sales).

We’re looking for a fashion-loving person with at least 1 year of retail management and fashion related experience with strong commercial accumen and top notch customer service skills. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. We’re committed to your success, and will provide you with an onboarding period in Primark’s other U.S. trading areas.
