Team Member
Our Team Members make it HAPPEN! Key responsibilities include greeting Guests, ringing up orders, blending Smoothies, handling payment and thanking Guests. You'll also promote products and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Your Purpose:
- Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience.
- Able to concisely communicate details about Smoothie King products and information to all Guests.
- Responsible for product and Guest service standards.
- Foster an environment of teamwork.
Your Background:
- Communicate with Guests, Team Members and Managers in a positive manner. Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements.
- Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Constantly operates a blender and POS cashier system.
- Regularly moves boxes/containers, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
- Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
- Must be willing to work Holidays, nights and weekends.
- Minimum of 16 years of age old.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
