A "Pretzel Expert" should be able to do all of the following:
Roll:
- Prepare fresh dough and other products (butter, toppings, etc.)
- Roll and twist pretzels and pretzel-dough products
- Dip, Shape, and Salt pretzels
- Clean as you work---keep a sparkling clean store
Bake:
- Bake our famous "golden brown" pretzels!
Guest Services
- Everyone that comes in is a guest; we must exhibit friendly and courteous service at all times. Follow our motto! GUESTS= Greeting, Urgency, Eye Contact, Suggestive Selling, Thank You, and most importantly, SMILE!
Physical demands of the job:
- Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above. Must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours (8 hours).
