About this job
1. Assist the manager and manager and assistant manager in the daily operation of the service center.
2. Assist the manager and assistant manager in the supervision of hourly personnel during daily operations.
3. Trained and qualified for ring out procedures.
4. All specific duties and responsibilities of a lubrication technician.
5. Increase performance of service center through proper treatment of customers and strict adherence to Jiffy Lube policies and procedures.
Specific Duties:
1. Work any position in the service center.
2. Assist in maintaining Jiffy Lube policies and procedures among entire crew.
3. Assist in weekly and monthly inventory.
4. Have a working knowledge of all equipment in service center.
5. Assisting the Service Center Trainer with ongoing training as needed.
6. Be able to lead or assist in handling technical/mechanical problems or questions.
7. Other duties as assigned by Manager and Assistant Manager
