Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of comcast and Time Warner Cable
Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
Heavy data entry and database navigating
Maintain highest level of customer service
Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

1st Shift Options:

  • Monday-Thursday 9-5:30, Friday 9-5
  • M-F 7 or 7:30 am - 3:30 or 4:00 pm
  • M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • M-Thu 9:00am-5:30, Friday 9-5:00
  • M-F 10:00am - 6:30pm
  • M-F 11-7:30pm (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9

2nd shift Full Time:

M-F 11:45-8:30 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9

M-F 12:15-9 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9

M-F 1:15-10 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 9-5, 11-7 or 1-9

M-F 1:45-10 (one day off during the week) and Saturday 12-9

*Part time shift available ( Day & Night)*

Pay rate: 1st shift- $12/hr 2nd Shift- 12.50 once permanent $13-15/hr.
