Help your team maintain a clean, safe store. Resolve immediate safety concerns and maintain security equipment. Minimize theft and fraud. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent. Use strong interviewing and interpersonal skills. Confront guests or team members calmly and respectfully. Handle information with accuracy, security and confidentiality. Move around all areas of the store quickly and discretely. Make sure critical equipment is functioning properly.
