Qualifications for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:
• One year of nursing experience as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
• North Carolina license (or multi-state)
• CPR certification

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Education:
• Pediatric experience is helpful, but not a requirement
• Excellent fully paid pediatric training provided for adult nurses

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
• Assessments
• Training and education of family members
• Medication administration
• Administration of prescribed treatments and therapies
• Communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team
• Supply management
• Emergency management
