About this job

Must Haves:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with split screens and at multi-tasking through programs

Main job duties:
- Field incoming calls from customers regarding orders and how to install the parts they ordered
- Take approx. 30-40 calls per day and provide high quality customer service to all callers
- Speak with customers over the phone and help walk them through their issue and resolve the problem
- Have a sound understanding of all company products and how to install them
