Part time or Full time. We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals per our menu. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. You must be good at moving around the kitchen and great at multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Reviews menus and production sheets daily to determine types and quantities of foods to prepare for all service areas.
• Keep foods replenished at all time during service.
• Consistently perform quality control by tasting, adjusting or replacing foods determined not up to standards
• Measures, mixes and preps per standard recipes using a variety of kitchen equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Maintains cooking area to be clean, sanitary and organized.
• Maintains all cooking utensils and equipment to be clean, sanitized and organized.
• Stores foods promptly, always labeling and dating products.
• Cleans work area daily; sweeps and mops floor, scrubs sinks, maintains sanitation of refrigeration units.
• Follows all approved practices and procedures in the storage, preparation, service and delivery of meals.
• Follow instructions in how to properly and safely use chemical cleaning products.
