Service Tech and Installers Needed

Compensation: Hourly + Commissions and Bonuses

Job Description:
This position is responsible for all aspects of service, installation, and repair of commercial and household water treatment equipment. Our Service Technician must be insurable thru our underwriters to operate a company vehicle. Additionally, they must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical, D.O.T. Drug Screen, and criminal background check; possessing no criminal or violent/theft misdemeanor convictions.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct self in a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers
* Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs on a repetitive basis.
* Possess the ability to provide timely and effective resolution of service issues relating to all residential and commercial customers, including (but not limited to) equipment repair, installations, rebeds, product deliveries, applications, etc.
* Complete installation and repair/service of water treatment equipment in residential or commercial venues.
* Complete the sale of equipment and other supplies where appropriate (revenue generation).
* Provide telephone technical support when necessary
* Assist Field Sales Representatives with installation and equipment changes
* Collection of monies due at the time that service is rendered. Promptly turn said monies or customer payments and daily activity sheets to the office staff at the completion of each work day
* Complete on call' holidays and weekends as required

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Clean Motor Vehicle Record
* Must have no felony or violent/theft misdemeanor convictions
* 2-3 years of service technician supervision or related management experience, direct and hands-on with installation of residential/commercial water treatment equipment
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service
* Demonstrated competency in Windows and data network software
* Proficiency with the use of automated systems
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment including but not limited to: bending, twisting, reaching overhead, crawling, working in tight spaces, lifting and pulling (at times over 50 pounds).
* Successful completion of pre-employment screenings required
* TCEQ Certification a Plus that we pay extra for
