Immediate opening for a Hospitality Assistant Restaurant Manager. This position requires an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others.  Candidate must have an infectious and positive attitude that inspires others.

Some essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

Essential Functions:       

1. Ensure that the customer is the #1 priority and that every guest is treated accordingly.
2. Manage the first 5 Moments of Magic:

a. Ensure that front entrance is well kept, clean and orderly.
b. Ensure every guest is greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant lobby.
c. Help maintain the even flow of guests in the restaurant.
d. Ensure that every guest is thanked for visiting.
e. Attend to guest’s needs in a timely manner and provided with superior service.

1. Coordinate all daily reservations.
2. Handle guest complaints, handle conflict and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
3. Responsible for some opening, mid and closing shifts in the restaurant.
4. Assist in running shifts for the Front of the House, includes holding Ally Rallies, responsible for Voids & Coupons, checking out server staff, and banking server staff.
5. Maintain strong communication and work closely with the Restaurant Managers regarding progress, activities and issues to be resolved.
6. Maintain confidentiality in regards to the company and guests.
7. Perform other duties needed or assigned.

Applying candidate MUST have 2 years restaurant experience.

Work days & shifts will vary weekly and seasonally, but weekends are a must.  Possible 6 day work week while in season.  $11 - $14/hour pay-range plus health insurance, and vacation days.
