Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

The Supply Chain Reporting & Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading the production, control and management of all required daily, weekly and monthly reports connected to NA Distribution Operations team – team supports near $7bn revenue / route to market per year. They will have accountability for the execution of such reports as well as cross functional collaboration and communication needed to produce reports and partner with many cross functional stakeholders for buy-in and data accuracy. The purpose of this role is to manage reporting efficacy, efficiency and to enable the advancement of distribution capabilities within CS&L to Best In Class levels, in alignment with our ISC strategy. The role will provide hands-on support and experience to drive simplicity and the delivery of the required change in ISC.  

 

The ideal candidate needs to have a proven track record and experience in leading Logistics metrics, reporting & analysis and demonstrable collaborative and change management skills across a significant FMCG network. The successful candidate will also work effectively with all levels of the CS&L organization as well as 3PL partners. This individual will interface extensively with all levels of the Integrated Supply Chain, with heavy focus on Logistics. The candidate must also possess a high degree of knowledge, expertise and capability with use of reporting software and systems including but not limited to eWM eg SAP, Red Prairie, Windows based systems, i e., Excel, PowerPoint, Dashboards etc. 

Engagement with CS&L and cross functional partners on data and requirements for best data / reporting suite for Distribution department to determine most efficient outputs to priorities and needs of business based on degree of impact, criticality to business operations, and need for change

Lead report production and management of dashboards and analytics for & from Distribution team

Control data and produce (from leading and lagging indicators) outcome/data based suggestions with presentation to managements for improvements and/or alignment towards ISC Goals

Manage stakeholders for ‘1 team’ / ‘win:win’ business identified needs

Communicate and consult and/or provide execution support to enable clear, concise, and consistent messaging to Team and Stakeholders

Actively provide info exchange and co-ordination with Global CS&L counterparts and Global Community leads for consistency and unity of Best In Class approaches

Provide support, change management and maintain cadence and partnership to / with 3PL partners


Qualifications

EDUCATION LEVEL

 

Bachelor's degree (4 years) required


FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

 

1. Reporting / Report Management expertice 

2. Systems / Software / Data process expertice through use

3. Collaboration / people engagement experience

4. Change management skills

5. FMCG experience

6. Finance / Accounting skills

7. Experience communication and presenting analysis to senior leadership cross functionally

8. Developed actionable outcomes based upon analysis of data

9. Experience with the analysis of 3PL partners
