About this job

Staffmark currently has an opening for a fulltime on-site operations specialist at one of our large customer locations.
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to the following functions:

Tracking of daily attendance, payroll and billing.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the customer.
On-Site tours and orientations.

Submitting requests for candidates
Screening candidates for placement on assignment.


Creation and execution of recognition and retention programs.
HR Functions:

Coaching/Counseling
Hiring of associates and employee release.
Conflict Resolution
Unemployment claims, etc...


Enforcement of customer's Safety Policy.

Documentation of injuries and illness
Workman's compensation


Acts as a liaison between the customer and the employee.
Heavy data entry for company and customer specific applications.


This role requires daily interactions with both the customer and temporary associates. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, possess good interpersonal skills and be a fast learner.
Experience in the staffing industry, warehouse environment or on-site role is beneficial but not required.

Requirements

Must be professional, well organized and have the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are required. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point preferred.
