Roadside Assistance and Lockout Technician

Economy is one of the newest companies in Lexington, but has a high yield reward for employees who are willing to rise above and beyond the basic work hours to earn more than the average person. This job requires that the applicant has 

1) A clean background. A background check WILL be made.
2) Personal and RELIABLE Vehicle is a must for this job. You will be driving daily.
3) Must be available to work 24 hours - On Call. 

As a ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROFESSIONAL, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake
the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

(a)- PROVIDE SAFE AND QUICK ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TO OUR MEMBERS AT ANY REASONABLE CIRCUMSTANCE. THIS INCLUDES TIRE CHANGES SO EMPLOYEE MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON APPROPRIATE USE OF A LIFT-JACK AND BASIC TOOL KNOWLEDGE.

(b)- REMAIN POLITE AND ASTUTE TO ALL CLIENTELE OR CUSTOMERS THE EMPLOYEE MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH

(c) - TO COLLECT AND SAFELY STORE ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED DURING AND AFTER BUSINESS HOURS

(d) - TO USE THE KNOWLEDGE TAUGHT REGARDING LOCKOUTS IN PERFORMING SUPERIOR LOCKSMITH ENTRY TO VEHICLES OR HOMES 

(e) TO ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LAW REGARDING THE LAWFUL ENTRY AND UNLOCKING OF PATRON VEHICLES OR RESIDENCES

(F) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.



Employee is Required to sign several forms regarding their employment with Economy, without signature on these forms, further inquiry for employment will likely not be pursued.
