Test Technician

Now Hiring Test Technician!

3-5 Must Haves:

-Able to troubleshoot to the component level
-Perform rework and repair of the units
-Test the products using special test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and calibrators.


Under limited supervision and general guidelines, set up tests, adjust, align and check complex units and electro/mechanical systems in our Space, Defense and Avionics division.
Maintain test records and production documentation.
Perform rework, testing and troubleshooting of production units.
Diagnose issues on all production products to the root cause (component level) using schematics and diagrams.
Perform failure mode analysis on production units and report causes to Test Engineer.
Identify and recommend disposition of defective items.
Document discrepancies with Failure reports and Non-Conforming Material reports.
May assist in verifying test procedures for company products.
May maintain and repair test equipment.
May assemble and test prototypes from blueprints and/or sketches.
May be called upon to assist with the training of new and less experienced Technicians.
