This position is responsible for supporting the HumanResources function in delivering metrics and analytics to HR leadership teamand leading workforce planning efforts.
*Apply understanding of the business and HR in order toevaluate information needs and to recommend and develop appropriate solutions(metrics, analyses, data collection, tool functionality, etc.) to inform humancapital decision-making.
*Partner with division HR team to provide analyses/metrics insupport of HR processes including Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Year-End Performance and Compensation processes, Employee Development, Diversity,Organization Design, etc.
*Produce monthly and quarterly scorecards for business unitsand consult with them on trends.
*Analyze and facilitate discussion of scorecard results withsenior HR and line leaders.
* Develop and recommend scorecard target setting methodologyfor division scorecard metrics and report results, as applicable.
*Conduct both simple and complex statistical analyses insupport of business needs and HR functional area needs.
*Present methodology and conclusions of analyses directly toHR Business Partners and/or senior executive teams.
*Facilitates increasing HR capability to access basic datadirectly through appropriate tools.
* Provide basic reports (e.g. rosters, counts, listings) asneeded for those who do not have direct access to employee data.
* Collaborate with HRMS team to identify issues andsolutions related to the HR reporting tools or employee data quality.
Qualification:
Education\:Bachelor's degree required
Years of RelatedExperience\: 5-7
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities\:Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present dataclearly and precisely to senior management and the general associatepopulation; ability to translate information into insights, provide context tomanagement and make recommendations as appropriate. Strong working knowledge ofHR systems and the ability to extract/apply information for business advantage.Ability to influence other non- direct participants based on logic/ content. Proficientwith MS excel Pivot tables, Graphs, and complex formulas.
- Proficiency in Business Objects Webi and/or SAP BW BEx
- Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence
- Experience with SAP, Taleo, and/or PeopleFluent
