Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Sales Manager at Wireless Lifestyle you provide the leadership and motivation to a team of sales driven associates. Our store managers encourage and support achievement and development of their staff while promoting the excitement of a career in sales!

You will be a part of a highly motivated and energetic team that strives to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will work every day with new and innovative technology products and be amongst the first to know and learn about the latest and greatest in mobile technology.

Our Retail Sales Managers work every day to achieve their sales goals and celebrate the wins throughout their career. Our top managers earn over $50,000 in their first year! With the continued growth of the company, advancement opportunities are also available.

In a successful role with Wireless Lifestyle, we are looking for the following:

· EXPERIENCE – at least ONE year of management experience; preferable management of people and processes. Able to understand, read, respond, and interpret reporting data

· PEOPLE SKILLS – ability to interact with diverse groups of people and communicate effectively to build relationships with direct reports, co-workers, leadership, and community partners.

· PASSION – someone who is energetic about technology, wireless, customer service, retail, sales!

· TIME MANAGEMENT / ORGANIZATION – ability to work at least 45hours per week. Managing individual and store coverage schedules; ensuring completion of operational tasks while achieving individual and store goals.

· LEADERSHIP – ability to coach and motivate individuals and a team to meet goals and develop professional skills. Promote teamwork and friendly competition that engages the team to deliver results.

· COMPLIANT – adheres to federal and company rules. Displays ethical behaviors and values with a high standard of personal and team accountability and conduct with people, products, and policy.

· PERSONALITY – someone that SPREADS positivity, energy, and a can-do/will-do attitude!

· OTHER - Assist in other tasks and duties assigned by management

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 year/associate’s degree preferred

• Previous management experience

• Professionalism, energetic, and positive attitude

• Availability of flexible scheduling to include days, evenings, and weekends

• Reliable transportation

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
