Requirements:

  • You MUST have some experience as a CAREGiver, HHA or PCA

  • Hourly Companion CAREGivers MUST have their own car and valid driver’s license.

Please Bring:

  • ALL HHAs & PCAs MUST bring a copy of their original certificate. (Sign on bonus for HHA/PCA candidates who drive and have a current physical!)
  • Two forms of ID (Driver's license, Social Security Card, Passport, Perm. Resident Card, etc.)
  • Proof of auto insurance
