Administrative Assistant

Purchase order creation per shipment to warehouses and railcar direct to customer. (This will create liability for the product shipped from PEM to PEI Outside Warehouses) Receipt entry of inventory per Purchase Order into the Ross system for each delivery to warehouses and railcar direct to customer. (This will place the Product shipped from PEM in the Ross system for Inventory Tracking purposes prior to future shipment.) Lot Analysis entry per Lot into the Ross system for each delivery to warehouses and railcar direct to customer. (This will place the product specifications per lot in the ERP system and allow Customer Service to select the product for shipment to the customers.) Gather and track U.S. Freight invoices per shipment to Warehouses for payment approval. Create Monthly Tracking mechanisms in Excel or ERP system for all PO's capturing stage of completion. Daily monitoring of the specifically created email for this process. Create document control process for all PO's for easy retrieval as required by auditors. Provide support for Customer Service as required by Customer Service Manager to meet the needs of the customers due to increased workload on that department.
