Immediate Picker/Packer Position - Full-time / Part-time

A growing company in Bluffton, IN is looking to add picker/packers to their team.

Candidates don't have to have specific machine operation or stamping press experience but must be okay with working in a manufacturing environment. They will be in charge of operating 1 of the 20 presses they have ranging from 150 ton to 2000 ton. They will work in teams of up to 4 where they place raw material on the press. All of the workers must go back and put their hands on the sensor that will then make the press operate. This is a safety precaution. Once a part comes out of the press candidates will visually inspect the part and could potentially need to use a gauge to make sure the part is to speck.

A typical work week will be Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
