Position summary:
To clear and re-set tables after guests have finished meals in addition to assisting Servers and Steward/Dishwasher as requested. Position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dining room, restrooms and patio.
Position responsibilities:
Supports a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for all restaurant patrons.
As requested, delivers food from kitchen to guest tables; ensures proper plate presentation standards have been met; and anticipates and attends to guest needs.
Assists Servers in pre-bussing tables.
Clears soiled dishes and silverware after guest has finished meal.
After guest has left the table, cleans table top, wipes all table top items, dusts chair seats and re-sets table with clean dishes, napkins and silverware.
As needed, assists Dishwashers with tableware cleaning activities.
Ensures furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
Stocks needed supplies in side stands and at wait stations.
Maintains restroom and dish area throughout shift.
On a regular basis, removes trash / garbage throughout restaurant; takes garbage to outside dumpster as needed and performs daily set up and closing responsibilities.
Performs any other duties, assignments and responsibilities as requested.
