A successful real estate company in Porter Ranch is currently looking for a part-time goal oriented, well organized, energetic & highly motivated administrative assistant, who is detail oriented, self-starter, a genuine interest and excels at providing high quality customer service in a fast paced environment. Must be capable of multi-tasking efficiently and accurately. The candidate should have a desire to learn and take skills to the next level and experience in administration, finance and/or real estate although not required but will be considered.
Requirements:
Required experience: 5 years minimum
Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience,
License: Real Estate referred but not required

Requirements:
- Excellent English skills
- Telephone and computer etiquette
- Input properties, contacts, statistics and associated information into custom database.
- Research commercial property details using several databases and on-line sources.
- Track and compile commercial real estate transactions within a defined territory using on-line database tools.
- Market Research.
- Creating & maintaining comparable Sales/Lease data
- Searching for and recording available listings
- Assist in performing property valuations.
- Take pictures of properties in assigned territory and upload into database.
- Update and maintain (e)mailing list and sending out (e)mailers.
- Develop presentation materials, correspondence, marketing flyers, due diligence material and property overviews using MS Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint.
- Able to learn software quickly - various industry programs regularly updated
- Modifying various templates of marketing materials.
- Administrative duties including: answering phone, managing appointments calendar & contacts
- Working as right hand person to top performing agent
