Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an organized individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This position involves managing quality assurance with extensive one-on-one interaction with clients and families. This person is responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with the changing needs of clients. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
CNA/Client Care Coordinator
- Responsible for introducing caregivers to the clients, define and help the caregivers understand the routine.
- Serve as a liaison between all clients and their assigned caregivers.
- Assist in scheduling of caregivers as and when needed.
- Develop and maintain a structured, measurable and inclusive Quality Assurance program that builds trust with each client and caregiver.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with referral sources in the community.
- Must be a CNA/LVN. Retired RNs looking to work in a non medical set up are also welcome.
- Must have prior work experience in working in office setup.
- 2 weekends on Call
