CCBC is a large innovative provider of mental health and substance abuse services in Southeastern Massachusetts. Our team works in emergency medical and behavioral health care settings, often with patients at critical moments in their lives where there is the opportunity to begin a new path toward stability and recovery. What You Will Do

We have full and part-time positions for those with the ability to assess and communicate clearly. Duties range from supporting the daily function of the Crisis Stabilization Unit to telephone triage within the Emergency Services Program. You will assist in the care of clients through telephone support and screening.

Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in a health related field of counseling, psychology, social work, or a HS Diploma.
  • Three years experience working with individuals with mental illness, special populations with co-occurring and dual diagnoses preferred.
  • Must have coursework and/or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention.
  • Experience working in a crisis setting is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with F endorsement.
