Shift D Production Operator 3: $14.00/hr

Our client, a Manufacturing Company in Fishers IN, has asked us to help them find Production Machine Operators to join their team. If hired by this company they encourage and offer the opportunity for associates to move up within the organization. This shift works Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday from 4:45pm to 5:00am, so you have a lot of free time.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

• Minimum 2 (two) years'' experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of mechanical workings of a variety of production machinery.
• Assists Production Supervisor with overseeing the workforce to ensure daily compliance of all production needs, quality standards and Company policies.
• Responsible for accurate documentation of all required daily reports such as equipment safety check lists, process efficiency metrics and logs.
• General computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours a day.
• Good attention to detail.
