Managers/Line Cooks/Cashiers!
General Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*communicate effectively with the entire team the vision set forth by the owners
*organize and lead the team to achieve company goals
*ensure team members are professional and productive
*evaluate and improve daily operations
*recruit, hire and oversee the training of new team members
*set goals for company and team growth
*maintain health compliance
*prepare daily reports/inventory/food cost/cost analysis
*provide solutions to issues
Managers responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*training all team members to the company standards
*motivate, properly communicate and guide the team to achieve goals for growth
*provide superior customer service to team and guests
*possess timely and effective problem solving skills
Line Cooks - primary responsibilities include preparing award-winning chicken/vegan wings and specialty sauces.
Cashiers - responsibilities include greeting customers, taking, expediting and delivering orders to customers.
Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation. Experience preferred but not required.
