As
a Provider Data Specialist, you'll
be responsible for completing the daily assignments of data to be reviewed and
entered into National Data Base for Providers insuring that all demographic and
contract date is accurate, that it is entered/uploading in a timely manner and
that the quality and production standards are met. Apply today - we have

success!      This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday -Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 8:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3803 North Elm Street, Greensboro, NC  27455.

Responsibilities:
Receive and prep for data entry
the demographic and contract data on providers and review and interpret the
accompanying instructions to insure timely and accurate entry into the National
Data Base (NDB)Completes all required data
entry into the NDB to include data preparation or formatting, auditing and
tracking of completed assignments.Load contract information or implement updates and amendments
(e.g., fee schedule updates, new fee schedules, demographic changes,
termination, rate corrections) accurately into PULSE system.Attends team meeting as
required and participates in discussions and process improvement
projectsMeet the performance goals
established for the position in the areas of: productivity, quality, and
attendance 

Requirements



Prefer 1 year of experience in a related environment ( i.e.
office, administrative, clerical, customer service), but not
requiredAn education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR
10 years of equivalent working experienceDemonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC
applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning
new computer programsAbility to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of
operation including the training period, where lunches and breaks are scheduled,
with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time and/or
weekends, as neededAll new hires will be required to successfully complete the 
Provider Services training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the
material
