Requirements
Shift Leads supervise a staff of four or more employees on each shift. You’ll help train, coach, and develop team members, while maintaining a safe, fast, andaccurate service environment for our guests. This includes, but not limited to, being responsible for a positive guest and employee experience, executing administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, daily inventory counts, and ensuring food safety standards.
