Shift Leader - Full-time / Part-time

About the Job:

Are you looking for a job that could lead to a new career, or just a great place to work with flexible hours to earn some extra cash?  We need a Shift Leader to supervise a staff of four or more employees on each shift.  You’ll help train, coach and develop team members while maintaining a fast, accurate service environment for our guests.  As a Shift Leader you’ll be responsible for a positive guest and employee experience while executing administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and ensuring food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or University degree preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to calculate and analyze data
• Previous shift management experience preferred
