Business Development Representative: $16.00/hr.

Our client, a Software Development Company in Fishers, IN has asked us to help them find Business Development Representative for their growing successful company. The shift for this role is 10:00am – 3:00pm Monday thru Friday. You will be making calls to prospective clients to schedule webinars. Prior telephone sales / marketing experience is helpful, but a great attitude, a positive outlook, and a ready smile will be given top consideration. You will be provided training and coaching to be successful.

• Making cold calls to potential customers while following a script.
• Setting appointments for Sales Agents to talk with interested prospects.
• The ideal candidate must have a great personality and wonderful phone etiquette.
