The Marketing Assistant plays an essential role in sales growth and brand building. They assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans to promote the Chick-fil-A brand both internally and externally, and social media marketing occurring on a daily basis. Embodies the values of Chick-fil-A and serves as an ambassador to the community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of annual marketing programs
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events (both inside and outside of the restaurant), this includes, but is not limited to:
  1. Restaurant events
  2. Local vendor events
  3. Deliveries
  4. Manage a concession stand
  • Manage digital and social media marketing
  • Create flyers or other promotional advertisements
  • Ensuring food safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times
  • Represent Chick-fil-A at community events
  • Create an inviting atmosphere within the restaurant
  • Collaborate and meet with the leadership team


  • Background in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Publisher
  • Knowledge in graphic design desired
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong creativity and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
