Sales Manager - Full-time / Part-time

On behalf of Education Specialty Retail, Headway Workforce Solutions is looking for ambitious and outgoing leaders seeking growth and career advancement opportunities to join the rapidly growing ABCmouse.com mall carts team in your area as a Sales Manager and/or Junior Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will hire, train, and develop team members to drive sales for the kiosk. You will coach the team to reach personal and team sales goals by connecting and engaging with children, parents, and other prospective customers while demonstrating the scope of ABCmouse.com’s award winning curriculum. 

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with some management experience and a passion to educate children. We are currently seeking candidates in the Murray, UT - Fashion Place Mall area. This role is looking to start  Mid-May! No sales experience necessary but outstanding interpersonal communication skills are a must.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hire, train, and develop your team members to provide outstanding guest service while delivering consistent sales results
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCmouse.com product and the benefits of utilizing the web and mobile-based app 
• Effectively and efficiently articulate the capabilities of ABCmouse.com to customers
• Achieve personal and store team sales goals
• Manage cash, inventory control, and kiosk appearance

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills a must
• Prior management experience preferred
• No Sales Experience necessary.  We provide professional training services to ensure your success!
• Motivated and driven by performance-based commissions
• Bilingual is a big plus
• Flexibility to work during peak selling periods including nights, weekends and holidays
• Positive Energy with a “can-do” attitude

Physical Demands of Sales Managers

• Required to walk, stand, and use their hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, climbing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 42 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Comfortable using tablet computer to demonstrate ABCmouse.com product
