Assistant General Manager - LC

Four Foods Group-Little Caesars is currently seeking Managers in Training for our Assistant General Managers position in our Little Caesar's locations in the Central Alabama area. As a Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for building and supervising a team that achieves company goals of customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability and operate the restaurant according to the standards and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.

The candidate should have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs. The candidate should possess strong management, team building, and communication skills. The candidate should have knowledge of how to read and analyze profit and loss statements. The candidate should have the ability to work a varied, 48-hour work week (including evenings and weekends) effectively under pressure and in stressful situations. This position requires reliable and predictable attendance.

Job Requirements
Requirements: The single most important skill-set needed to succeed in this position is the ability to assemble, train, and lead a team fairly and consistently. Our preferred candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a management role, in a quick or full-service restaurant or retail establishment. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Support Leader positions.
