Position Summary: This position is accountable for delivering a superior guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker that can take direction, help implement and fulfill key marketing and promotion elements, and learn what it takes to meet the needs of all national and local partnerships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learn the basics of the entertainment and property-based sponsorship activation and sales strategies.
  • Ensure all Corporate Alliances Media Network elements are working properly on a daily basis: Scrolling Signage, Six Flags TV, Six Flags Radio, Static Signage, Digital Billboard, and Six Flags Menu Boards
  • Perform weekly digital check of all Corporate Alliances digital assets
  • Learn partnership marketing strategy; how to develop successful sponsorship programs that leverage both partner and Six Flags' brand attributes and assets for both sales pitches and existing partner commitments.
  • Assist the Sponsorship Supervisor in the daily management and fulfillment of promotion/sponsorship programs.
  • Ability to take quality compliance pictures, collect execution examples, and result data for Corporate Alliances Supervisor to use in create program recap reports
  • Work with other Six Flags departments (Marketing, In-Park Services, Operations, etc.) to generate creative solutions with existing or new in-park assets and partners.
  • Attend special events at the parks as assigned and assist in other duties within the Marketing Division as assigned.
  • Must maintain professional, productive, and efficient working relationships with all Park employees.
  • Recruit and hire seasonal employees to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Develop and administer departmental policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining all park standards and enforcing all park policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Park leadership.
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports directly to the Corporate Alliances Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Candidate should be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess and demonstrate a positive and professional image.
  • Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to fifty pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
