Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Crown Services is now hiring MACHINE OPERATORS for the BEDFORD PARK area!

A manufacturer of corrugated packaging is looking for experienced machine operators to perform a wide range of tasks that include operating manufacturing equipment, stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized work space.   

Responsibilities:

• Operate various manufacturing equipment
• Work with raw material, loading and feeding machines
• Operator power tools and hand tools
• Lift 50 - 75 pounds consistently
• Picks up parts, paper, objects and residue off the floor and around work stations.
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position will include mandatory overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position. 

Must be available and flexible to work 2nd AND 3rd shift.  These are possible temporary to permanent positions.

Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.

Pay will start at $13/hour. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, experience with machine set up and operation 

Must possess the ability to do the following:

• Read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations.·       
• Lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.·       
• Operate power hand tools.
• Multi-task
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Comply with pre-employment background, drug and physical screenings.
• Must have respect for time and attendance
